ACCOMMODATION THAT SLEEP BETWEEN THREE (3) TO SIX (6) PEOPLE per CABIN.

Campsites

* ALL CAMPSITE BOOKINGS MUST BE PAID IN FULL VIA "DIRECT DEPOSIT" 4 WEEKS
IN ADVANCE OF THE 10TH AUGUST
, (BOOKING DEAD-LINE IS 13th JULY 2019).

* Gates open at 12pm (Noon)
* Early Entry / Departure may be permitted with prior approval.
* Campsite Fees for
Saturday Night only are $30 per person.
* Campsite Fees for
Friday & Saturday Night are $40 per person. People staying Friday night
(mainly early Saturday competitor entrants) must be in Campgrounds by 11pm for Friday Night.
* Children under 10y/o are free.
* All Campsites are "Un Powered".
* There are only a limited number of campsites (about 80 sites) available, so you may want to get
in quick!
* You may have up to, two (2) small tents per site.
* Your tent, camping gear and motor vehicle must stay within your marked Campsite boundary.

Entry to Campsite Area is off Charbon Road, Charbon, NSW 2848.
Distance from Kandos Burnout Spectacular Site - about 3 Kilometres.
Driving time to get to Wollemi Adventure Resort is less than 3 minutes from Park gate to
Campsite gate.

Driving Directions from Kandos Burnout Spectacular Site are as follows:
Travel South from Park gate along Ilford Road for about 2.5k's (A Bus Shelter is virtually across
the road from the turn-off), turn left into Cement Avenue at "Charbon", go via over-head Bridge
and turn 1st on left (Charbon Road), keep going straight ahead & go passed the "Standard
Avenue" turn-off. Look on Right side of the road for a gated drive-way with a Caravan Park Sign,
just after hitting a small section of dirt road.

Things to bring with you:
* Warm Clothing
* Good quality sleeping bag / swag
* Tent (in Good Condition)
* Blankets & pillows
* Camping Gear including folding chairs/tables
* Insect repellent
* Torch / 12 volt lighting

(Warning - August is a very cold time of the year in the Central - West. For first time visitors to
the area, be aware that it's colder than the coastal towns and cities especially if it's windy).
Also note, that "You are in the bush now", Local Wild-Life such as kangaroos, wombats,
possums, snakes, foxes spiders, ants, et all, may be expected around the camping grounds.
Please use caution at all times!

Conditions of entry to the Camping Grounds:
As the purchaser of the booking admittance to the Campgrounds you must ensure that you and
your invitees act in an orderly manner when attending Campground. We may refuse entry or
evict you or any of your invitees if they are behaving in a disorderly, offensive or inappropriate
manner.
You will be liable for any loss or damage caused at the Campground by you or your
invitees.
Being drunk, violent, aggressive, abusive or endangering / interfering with other people or their
property or not following instructions issued by the staff of Wollemi Adventure Resort will not be
tolerated & could lead to that person / group being asked to leave the campground premises.
Refusal to leave the Campground premises when asked will include the involvement of the police.
Loud music, yelling, screaming, being disruptive & interfering with the peace and comfort of
others will also be unacceptable. "No Refunds" will be given in the event that a person / group is
asked to leave!

All people camping on the property are asked to follow the requests and instructions of Wollemi
Adventure Resort Staff.

* Only one (1)
Registered Motor Vehicle per Campsite.
*
Campers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
* No
pets allowed on site.
*
Smokers, Please use "Fire Drums" to dispose of cigarette butts.
*
Site vacated by 10am on Sunday 11th August.
* No
generators will be permitted, unless prior approval is confirmed.
* The use of any
illegal substances is prohibited.
* Do not
urinate or defecate otherwise than in a provided toilet.
* Do not
strip trees on campgrounds for fire-wood.
* Do not
climb trees on campgrounds.
* All
Motor Vehicles and Trailers are to be confined within your own Campsite limitations.
* Do not
block roadways or tracks for any extended periods of time.
*
No Glass drink vessels are permitted.
* Beware of
falling tree limbs. (Avoid Camping directly under trees). Tree limbs can be fatal!
*
Wristbands will be issued on arrival & must be worn while on Campground premises.
*
Broken wristbands will not be honoured or replaced.
*
You will be liable for any loss or damage caused at the Campground by you or your invitees.

* Patrons who bring
children to the Camping Grounds are responsible for the care,
conduct and supervision of those children at all times and must keep those children
within sight at all times.

In respect of Tents brought into and used in the Camping Grounds, Patrons acknowledge and  
agree to the following:
(i) no Tents may be erected which require occupancy permits;
(ii) no Tents may be erected prior to Camping Ground opening times; and
(iii) Tents must not exceed an area of six (6) metres x six (6) metres, or a total of thirty-six (36)  
square metres (unless otherwise approved by Wollemi Adventure Resort in writing) and must  
be erected by Patrons themselves (third parties such as personnel representing tent hire  
companies will not be permitted access).

In respect of Campfires lit and barbecues used in the Camping Grounds, Patrons
acknowledge  and agree to the following:
(a) campfires must only be lit in a container that properly contains the fire. The size of the fire will
not exceed one (1) metre in diameter;
(b) all campfires must be kept at a reasonable and manageable size, and the ground and
airspace within three metres of the fire must be clear;
(c) an adult (over the age of eighteen (18) years) must be in attendance at all times whilst the   
barbecue or campfire is alight;
(d) fires are not to be lit inside Tents or other structures; and
(e) naked flames such as candles are not permitted within Tents or other structures.
(f) Gas cooking only. Supplied Fire Drums may be also used if you bring your own hot-plate.
(g) 500mm length limit per log for people bringing their own fire - wood.
(h) No glass or tin to be put in fire - pits. Please use rubbish bins provided.

Patrons are responsible for
their own property and Wollemi Adventure Resort will not be liable
for loss or damage to any property brought into the Camping Grounds. There is no cloaking
available at the Camping Grounds for prohibited items,except as required by law.

Patrons acknowledge and
agree that any part or parts of these Conditions of Entry to the
Camping Grounds which contravene the law of the relevant jurisdiction and are not
enforceable (or part or parts thereof) are severable and do not invalidate the remaining
conditions.

Any
person who does not comply with these Conditions of Entry to Camping Grounds may be
subject to a penalty at law, or refused entry or directed to leave the Camping Grounds and may
be required to surrender their Camp Ground Booking Rights.
